I am working with mse in a soa proyect. One of the main targets in this proyect is control the slas provided by the whole integration platform.

We are considering to control SLAs using MSE capabilities. I have configured SLA for resources but Where can I see if SLA is exceeded? File traces? Event viewer? Have I to develop a behaviour?

Take a look at LinkSpan if you want easy SLA monitoring.  It allows you to set up automated test calls that independently validate SLAs on a schedule of your choosing.  You can then specify email alerts when your threshold has been passed or the API is unavailable.  This is a cloud-based solution that requires zero install and can with with WCF or non-WCF APIs.
